FundLove, Inc. “FundLove” operates a website at morethancancer (at) gmail (dot) com.You may use our site without disclosing personally identifiable information. We do not ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. We want to be clear that we will not obtain such information about you unless you choose to submit to us.

Certain visitors to our websites choose to interact with FundLove in ways that require FundLove to gather personal information. The amount and type of information that FundLove gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. 5. When do we share personal data?

We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our services, or protect our rights. Only designated personnel within FundLove will have access on a need to know basis to the information you provide.

FundLove may occasionally provide statistics to third parties related to the number of visitors who use the site. These statistics do not provide personally identifiable information.

FundLove discloses personal only to those of its employees, contractors, campaign sponsors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on FundLove’s behalf or to provide services available at FundLove’s websites, and (ii) have agreed not to disclose it to others.

FundLove keeps your personal information only for the length of time reasonably necessary to provide the services requested by you through the site or as otherwise permitted by your consent or by operation of law.

FundLove collects and saves the default information customarily logged by Internet server software. These logs may be kept for an indefinite amount of time, used at any time and in any way necessary to prevent security breaches and to ensure the integrity of the data on our servers.

Comments and other content submitted via the anti-spam service are saved on our servers unless they were marked as spam positive, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

9. Your rights in relation to personal data
You have the right at any time to request access to or deletion of your personal information collected by FundLove, and to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information as described in this Policy.

10. Visitors under the age of 13, those who are California residents, and international users.

If you are a California resident, California law permits you to request certain information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by us and our related companies to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. FundLove does not use profiling or other automated decision-making tools.

13. Does FundLove use “cookies” to collect user information?

This Privacy Policy covers the use of FundLove’s website and does not cover the use of any Third Party Websites.
